Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. AtoZ Furnishers Pvt. Ltd. offers a 7-day return window on eligible products sold through atozfurnishers.com, vlfabrics.com, and vlblinds.com.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase. To request a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason.

We do not accept returns for made-to-order, cut-length, or customized products unless they are defective or damaged in transit.

Approved returns must be shipped back by the customer. Once received and verified, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was our error.

Returns not meeting our policy criteria may be rejected. Please read carefully before initiating a return.
